Repeat Prescriptions

Please request repeat medication by either:

• Submitting your repeat prescription request via our NEW Online Services.
• Leaving a letter or the computer request slip attached to your prescription, at the surgery.
• Faxing your request to the Practice (Fax No: 01234 214033)

Allow 2 full working days before collecting the prescription. Please submit your request before 10:30am or, if after 10:30, allow an extra working day before collecting your prescription.

Prescriptions will be returned by post if a stamped addressed envelope is included. Allow 4 days for prescriptions sent by post.

Telephone orders for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken.
